GROUP ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING
Group Accountability Coaching is designed to embed the learnings from The Legal Mini-MBA and help delegates implement their Action Plans with small (3-4 delegates) group sessions.
Who is this course for?
For delegates who have completed The Legal Mini-MBA and need support putting plans into practice. The Legal Mini-MBA is a pre-requisite for Group Accountability Coaching.
What problem does it solve?
Senior lawyers and partners are busy and fee earning responsibilities can get in the way of working on the business. Following The Legal Mini-MBA, it is important to get the post programme accountability and support right to make sure the action plans get implemented. Ideally, internal line management structures would provide this accountability. However, some of our clients find that those line managers and senior leaders are just as busy, if not busier. Our Group Accountability Coaching exists to provide an external capability to provide structured support to delegates and encourage accountability for delivery on the action plans created during The Legal Mini-MBA.
What are the learning objectives?
We support delegates to implement their Legal Mini-MBA Action Plan.
What is the output from the course?
This will differ dependent upon the actions in each delegate’s action plan. Ultimately, we want delegates to put the learnings from The Legal Mini-MBA into practice.
How does it work?
Delegates participate in small group sessions (3 4 people), each facilitated personally by one of The Legal MBA founders. Each delegate participates in 3 x 90 minute sessions, one per month over a 3 month period. Typically, Group Accountability Coaching follows in the next available term immediately after delegates complete The Legal Mini-MBA term. For example, delegates that complete The Legal Mini-MBA in the May to July term, will participate in Group Coaching in September - November.
Do you offer the Group Accountability Coaching to individuals?
This course is only offered to groups of delegates from law firms and we do not offer this course directly to individuals at this time.
